SARGNEXUS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. The following terms apply to cancellations and refunds:
Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are made immediately after placing the order. However, such requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors, merchants, or service partners and the processing or shipping procedure has already been initiated.
Cancellation requests for perishable goods such as flowers, eatables, and similar items will not be accepted. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the customer establishes that the delivered product was of unsatisfactory quality.
If you receive any damaged or defective item, you must report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The request will be processed only after the merchant or seller has examined and confirmed the issue at their end.
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.
For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to contact the respective manufacturer directly for assistance.
If a refund is approved by SARGNEXUS PRIVATE LIMITED, it may take approximately 6 to 8 business days for the refund amount to be processed and reflected in the customer’s account.
